摘要
机械手是一种高级的机械装置,它可以模仿人手的精细动作,通过人为设定程序、动作轨迹以及要求后,让机械手自动实现一系列动作,例如:抓取、移动等操作。本文以用于黄铜加工的新型微钻头为应用背景,对国内外现有的研究成果做了介绍,结合他们的研究成果,同时依据用于黄铜加工的新型微钻头上下料机械手的装备需求,对电动机以及手指的设计提出了自己的建议。
The manipulator is a mechanical device advanced, fine motor which can imitate human hands, by artificially setting procedure, motion trajectory and requirements, make manipulator automatically realize a series of movements, such as capture, mobile and other operations. In this paper, for the new brass processing of micro drill as the application background, the existing research results at home and abroad were introduced, combined with the results of" their research, the basis for the manipulator equipment demand new brass processing on micro drill, the motor and the finger design put forward their own proposals.
