摘要
目的探讨三维数字化在颏部水平截骨术中的应用效果。方法通过对颏部畸形患者的术前三维影像学测量,精确判断三维方向上畸形的程度,利用颏部水平截骨的手术方法,并将术前设计和手术导板进行统一,对截骨块进行移动,改善颏部畸形。结果本组20例患者均一期愈合,外形满意,术后均有不同程度的下唇麻木,术后1~6个月均恢复正常。结论精确的手术设计可以更加有效地改善颏部各类畸形。
Objective To explore the effect of the application of three-dimensional digitalization in the malformation of the chin. Methods Preoperative three-dimensional measurements were performed by using Mimics software in order to determine the degree of deformity accurately, in three dimensions. Using the chin horizontal osteotomy method, the preoperative design and operation guide were unified and the osteotomy block was moved to improve chin deformities. All patients underwent genioplasty after accurate design. Results Twenty patients' wounds healed primarily without severe complications. Lower lip numbness was resolved after 3 to 6 months. Conclusion The right operation method and precise operation design can effectively improve all kinds of chin deformities.
