介绍了涂料数码印花的优势、国内外应用和市场现状;从数码印花设备、涂料墨水、应用工艺、生产控制、未来发展方向等方面对涂料数码印花技术进行了全面综述,包括小平板数码印花机、大平板数码印花机、椭圆数码印花机和导带式数码印花机。在生产实践中,涂料数码印花的选择应注意前处理设备、喷头、打印机、焙烘机、后处理设备和涂料墨水的选择。分析了产生堵头的原因和影响色牢度的因素,并提出了有针对性的措施。
The advantages, application and market situation of digital pigment printing are introduced. It summarizes each aspect of digital pigment printing technology, including digital printing equipment, tex- tile pigment ink, application technology, production control, future development direction, and so on. Printer types include small flat-panel, large flat-panel, oval and conveyor belt digital printers. The choices of pretreatment equipment, nozzle, printer, baker, post-treatment equipment and pigment ink should be paid attention in production practice. The reasons for clogging and the influencing factors on color fast- ness are analyzed, and the measures are put forward.
