摘要
目的:探讨网络教育平台对糖尿病伴抑郁患者进行管理的效果。方法:选择2014年6月-2016年1月笔者所在医院所收治的170例糖尿病伴抑郁患者,随机分为常规组85例和网络组85例。常规组进行常规管理;网络组借助网络教育平台进行管理。比较两组患者干预前后血糖相关指标的变化;干预前后PHQ-9量表(抑郁症筛查量表)评分的变化。结果:干预前两组血糖相关指标和PHQ-9量表评分资料比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后网络组较之常规组血糖相关指标和PHQ-9量表评分降低更显著(P<0.05)。结论:网络教育平台对糖尿病伴抑郁患者进行管理的效果确切,可有效改善患者血糖水平和抑郁症状,提高其自我管理能力,提升患者生活质量,值得推广。
Objective： To explore the effect of network education platform on the management of diabetic patients with depression.Method： From January 2016 to June 2014, 170 diabetic patients with depression in our hospital were randomly divided into the routine group and the network group, 85 cases in each group.The routine group with routine management; the network group with the network education platform for management.Before and after the intervention of blood glucose related indicators of changes were compared in two groups.Before and after the intervention PHQ-9 scale（depression screening scale） score changes were compared in two groups.Result： Before the intervention, two groups of blood glucose related index and PHQ-9 score data had no statistical difference（P〉0.05）; after the intervention, blood glucose and PHQ-9 score in the network group decreased significantly compared with those in the routine group（P〈0.05）.Condusion： The network education platform of diabetic depression with management effect, can effectively improve the blood glucose levels and depressive symptoms, improve the ability of self management, improve the quality of life of patients, worthy of promotion.
