摘要
QC在我国推行以来取得了可观的经济效益,但同时也存在一些不足,需要改进提高。对我国企业QC活动开展现状以及存在的困难和问题进行了分析。目前,我国企业QC活动主要存在的问题为:员工参与程度低,质量教育意识不强,活动管理能力薄弱,巩固措施落实不到位。以锦屏水电站为例,介绍了锦屏水电站开展QC活动采取的改进对策、实施情况和取得的经验与成果,以期对我国QC活动的进一步推进起到借鉴作用。
China has achieved considerable economic benefits since QC was implemented,but some problems still exist and QC activities should be improved. This paper analyzes the implementation status quo and the existing problems of QC activities in Chinese enterprises. At present,the main problems are： low staff participation,weak awareness of quality education,poor activity management ability,and insufficient implementation of consolidation measures. With Jinping Hydropower Station as a case,the improving measures,implementation,achieved experience of QC activities in the station are introduced to promote QC activities in China.
