摘要
从优化高速加工工艺过程的角度出发,在分析高速数控切削加工特点的基础上,提出了高速数控加工编程策略,并重点阐述了采用球头铣刀高速切削加工三维曲面工件时刀路轨迹生成的特别设定方法。
In order to optimize the high speed machining process, based on analyzing the characteristics of the high speed CNC machining, the programming strategy and method for high speed CNC machining was put forward, and the special methods to the tool path generation of ball end milling cutter for high speed machining to 3D surface workpiece was described mainly.
