摘要
采用冷喷涂工艺制备纳米铝锌涂层。借助SEM手段研究了涂层的组织形貌。对涂层的显微硬度、孔隙率以及涂层与基体的结合强度进行了分析。采用电化学工作站和盐雾试验对涂层的腐蚀性能进行了研究。结果表明,涂层自腐蚀电位明显高于镁合金基体,自腐蚀电流密度明显低于镁合金,能为镁合金提供良好的保护。
Nanocrystalline Al-Zn coating was deposited on magnesium alloy substrate by cold spray process. The microstructure morphology of the coating was researched by SEM. The microhardness, porosity,the bonding of coating and matrix were analyzed. The corrosion properties of the coating were researched by electrochemical workstation and neutral salt spray experiment. The results show that the self corrosion potential of the coating is higher than that of Mg alloy matrix. The self corrosion current density is obviously lower than that of Mg alloy, which can provide good protection for Mg alloy.
