摘要
目的 PBL(problem-based learning),即"以问题为基础的学习",护理教育界自20世纪70年代开始采纳PBL教学模式,当前PBL在众多院校的护理教学活动中得到广泛的推广和应用。本文立足于当前的教育背景,总结PBL教学模式发展的概况,旨在探讨在医药院校的涉外护理双语教学中引入PBL模式,以期为医药院校涉外护理双语教学引入PBL提出一些思考和建议。方法以中外学者对PBL教学法的研究成果为理论与实践基础,结合涉外护理双语教学的方向和特点进行拓展与深化,致力于思考PBL教学模式在涉外护理双语教学的应用。结果结合当前的教育背景以及国内外PBL教学模式应用于医学教育的现状,从学习者、学习指导者、学习工具和学习环境四方面分析了涉外护理双语教学中引入PBL模式的现存问题,探索适合医药院校需求的新型自主合作探究式的护理双语教学PBL新模式。结论思考在新时代新形势下,如何立足护理学科特点,改革传统教学方法和手段,制定师资培养方案,构建双语教材,加强硬件设施建设,使护理双语教学产生宽度和厚度。
Objective Problem- Based Learning( PBL),created by Howard Barrow who was an American professor of neurology in Mc Master university in Canada in 1969,is a very popular teaching model all around the world. The core of PBL is " student- centered,problem- based",it targeted at " autonomic learning,lifelong learning",PBL has been generalized and applied popularly in academic activity since it had been introduced in nursing education 1970 s. This article is to explore application of PBL model in nursing bilingual teaching,for the purpose of consideration and recommendation could be made for medical college to introduce PBL to nursing bilingual teaching. Methods On basis of theoretical and practical study on PBL teaching model from oversea and abroad,as well as the purpose of extending and deepening reform direction and characteristic of nursing bilingual teaching,the study focus on application of PBL model in nursing bilingual teaching. Results In consideration of current educational background,as well as integrating native and foreign PBL model into medical education,some problems have been identified for application of PBL model in terms of learner,learning instructor,learning tools and learning environment,in order to explore new model of independent and cooperative nursing bilingual teaching which is adaptable to the need of medical college. Conclusion Consideration has been taken to cultivate traditional teaching method,formulate teaching training program,compile bilingual teaching textbook,enhance hardware construction,in order to widen and intensify nursing bilingual teaching based on characteristic of nursing science in new era.
