摘要
医院对公共卫生事件的预警机制、处置机制和辅助机制直接关系到受害者救治的及时性和有效性,医院的应急管理体系建设尤为重要。医院的应急管理体系建设应强调组织架构、应急救治系统、应急服务保障系统、应急服务信息系统等方面建设,并对各环节进行日常化的监管和测评,保障应急系统的运行顺畅。同时指出应急管理体系建设应加强顶层设计,注重事前、事中、事后序贯性建设与管理,分级分类建设。
Early warning mechanism, the mechanism and the auxiliary mechanism of the hospital are directly related to the timely and effective treatment of the victims, and the construction of emergency management system is particularly important. Hospital emergency management system construction should emphasize organizational structure, emergency system, emergency service support system, emergency service information system construction, and on each link of daily supervision and evaluation, to ensure smooth operation of the emergency system. Dynamic management of emergency response system is an important part of hospital management, but also the embodiment of the overall strength of the hospital.
