高强度聚焦超声在子宫肌瘤消融中的临床效果及影响因素研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的分析高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)在子宫肌瘤消融中的临床效果及影响因素,为提高临床子宫肌瘤消融术的临床疗效提供可参考依据。方法选取2014年1~12月我院收治的50例单发子宫肌瘤患者作为观察对象,所有患者均采用HIFU进行治疗,术后根据超声造影对患者进行临床疗效评价,并分析影响HIFU应用效果的相关因素。结果治疗显效28例(56.0%),有效20例(40.0%),无效2例(4.0%)。显效及有效患者的年龄、靶皮距、肌瘤位置、肌瘤类型、肌瘤体积与无效患者比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 HIFU在子宫肌瘤消融治疗中具有较好的应用效果,但年龄、靶皮距、肌瘤位置、肌瘤类型、肌瘤体积对HIFU的应用效果有一定的影响。 Objective To analyze the clinical effect and impact factors of high intensity focused ultrasound in uterine myoma ablation,and to provide reference basis for improving clinical efficacy of uterine fibroids ablation.Methods Fifty patients with solitary uterine myoma from January to December 2014 were selected as observation objects.All patients were treated with HIFU.Clinical effect was evaluated according to postoperative contrast enhanced ultrasound,and the related factor that impact the application effect was evaluated.Results The treatment was markedly effective in 28 cases (56.0%),effective in 20 cases (40.0%) and ineffective in 2 cases (4.0%).The age,target skin distance,the location of fi- broids,fibroids type,fibroids volume of the patients with markedly effective treatment effect and had statistically signifi- cant differences compared with ineffective patients (P〈0.01).Conclusion High intensity focused ultrasound in uterine fibroids ablation treatment has good application effect,but the age,the target skin distance,the location of fibroids,the type of fibroids,the volume of fibroids has a certain impact on the application effect of HIFU.
