摘要
目的探讨正畸联合修复治疗牙列缺损伴牙畸形的临床效果。方法选取我院2013年8月~2015年8月收治的84例牙列缺损伴牙畸形患者。采用动态随机化分法将患者分为研究组和对照组,各42例。对照组患者直接使用修复治疗,研究组患者给予正畸联合修复治疗,比较两组患者的临床效果及患者牙恢复情况。结果研究组总有效率为92.86%,高于对照组的69.05%(P<0.05);研究组患者牙齿整齐良好率为95.24%、后牙咬颌良好率为100.00%、前牙覆及覆盖良好率为95.24%,均明显高于对照组的80.95%、76.19%、78.57%(P<0.05)。结论正畸联合修复治疗牙列缺损伴牙畸形的效果较佳,患者牙恢复更好,在临床上可以广泛应用。
Objective To study the effect of orthodontics combined with repair in the treatment of defect of dentition complicated with dentognathic deformity.Methods 84 patients with defect of dentition complicated with dentognathic deformity treated in our hospital from August 2013 to August 2015 were selected and they were divided into research group （n=42） and control group （n=42） by dynamic randomization.In the control group,direct repair was applied,while in the research group,orthodontics combined with repair was provided.The clinical effect and tooth recovery between two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the research group （92.86%） was higher than that in the control group （69.05%） （P〈0.05）.The good rate of dental tidiness,jaw-biting of posterior teeth,and jaw-covering of ante- rior teeth in the research group （95.24%,100.00%,95.24% respectively） were higher than those in the control group （80.95%,76.19%,78.57% respectively） （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Orthodontics combining with repair in the treatment of de- fect of dentition complicated with dentognathic deformity can obtain a better effect with satisfied tooth recovery,which can be extensively used in clinic.
