摘要 以现代学徒制的内涵与特征为基础,提出了一种基于现代学徒制的"双元定岗"人才培养模式,该模式能很好地体现现代学徒制的"招生即招工、入校即入厂"的基本特征,是传统校企合作模式的一种递进与创新,涵盖了高等职业教育"高等性"和"职业性"两个基本属性,对大学人才培养提供良好的教学方案,在人才培养实践中取得了很好的效果。 Based on the connotation of modern apprenticeship and the characteristic as the foundation, this paper proposes a training mode of modem apprenticeship "dual posts" based on the model can reflect the talent, good modern apprenticeship that is the basic characteristics of recruitment. Enrollment colleges are getting into the factory, which is a progressive and tradi- tional model of university enterprise cooperation innovation that covers the two basic attributes of higher occupation education" higher" and "occupation" to provide a good solution to the teaching of university personnel training, personnel training in prac- tice and achieved good resuhs.
