摘要 MicroRNA(miRNA)是一类长度为20~24nt的非编码RNA,在植物遭受非生物胁迫时,通过介导靶基因mRNA发挥着非常重要的作用。本文就低温、外源ABA和干旱等非生物胁迫对miRNA的调控机制进行综述,进一步阐明miRNA响应非生物胁迫的机理。 MicroRNAs ( miRNAs ) are 20-24 nt non-coding RNA, which plays a very important role by targeting mRNA under ahiotie stress. This paper focused on the low temperature, exogenous ABA and drought stress in the regulation mechanism of miRNA, and to further clarify the mechanism of miRNAs in response to abiotie stress.
