摘要
目的探讨多层螺旋CT血管造影(multi-slice spiral CT angiography,MSCTA)对颅内脑动脉瘤的临床诊断价值。方法以我院2012年2月-2015年8月经手术或数字减影血管造影(digital subtraction angiography,DSA)证实的40例颅内脑动脉瘤患者为研究对象,所有患者均接受MSCTA检查,观察其表现(瘤体部位、形态、大小等),同时与DSA结果比较。结果 MSCTA检出脑动脉瘤38例(95.0%),DSA检出39例(97.5%),两组诊断敏感度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。MSCTA检查脑动脉瘤最大径、瘤颈最大径分别为(9.98±2.54)mm、(4.29±1.45)mm,与DSA的(10.07±2.30)mm、(4.32±1.32)mm比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。MSCTA与DSA对颅内动脉瘤位置分布诊断结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 MSCTA诊断颅内脑动脉瘤敏感度较高,与DSA类似,无创且操作简单,值得临床推广。
Objective To study tile clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT angiography (MSCTA) in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms. Methods 40 patients with intracranial aneurisms which were confirmed by operation or digital subtraction angiography (1)SA) during February 2012 to August 2015 were selected as the research objects. All patients underwent MSCTA examination and their performances (the posotion, form and size, etc. were observed and compared with the results of DSA. Results MSCTA detected cerebral aneurystn in 38 cases (95.0%) and DSA detected 39 cases (97.5%). There was no statistically significant differences in the comparison of diagnostic sensitivity between the txvo groups (X2=0.346, P〉0.0S). The maxinlum diameters of cerebral aneurysm and aneurysmal neck detected by MSCTA were (9.98 ± 2.54) mm and (4.29 ± 1.45) ram. Compared with (10.07 ±2.30) mm and (4.32±1.32) mm detected by DSA, the difference was statistically significant (P〉0.05). There was no statistically significant differences in the diagnostic results of the location of intracranial aneurysms diagnosed by MSCTA and DSA (P〉0.05). Conclusion The sensitivity of MSCTA in the diagnosis ofintracranial aneurysms is highly. It is similar to I)SA and is non-invasive and easy to operate, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
