摘要
随着油气勘探开发逐渐向深层超深层油气、非常规油气和海洋油气发展,提高钻井速度,缩短建井周期,降低作业成本,对于经济高效勘探开发油气资源具有重要意义。高压水射流钻井技术是利用高能流体进行破岩,由于能显著提高钻井机械钻速,一旦得到商业应用,将会对油气勘探开发产生革命性影响。在介绍高压水射流钻井技术破岩机理的基础上,分析了国外70 MPa以上高压水射流钻井系统的基本原理、主要特点和试验情况,指出了各种高压水射流系统商业应用存在的问题,针对国内高压水射流钻井技术发展现状提出了具体的发展建议。
With oil / gas exploration and development gradually going to ultra-deep,unconventional or offshore resources,it is important to increase the ROP,shorten the construction cycle and reduce the operating costs in order for a cost-effective exploration and development of oil and gas. High pressure water jet drilling technology is to break the rock with high energy fluid,the drilling ROP can be significantly increased. Once into commercial applications,it will have revolutionary effects on oil and gas exploration and development. Here in this paper the rockbreaking mechanism of high water jet is introduced,the basic principle,major features and tests of water jet drilling systems with high pressure over 70 MPa outside China are analyzed,the problems found in commercial applications are summarized. Finally,suggestions are proposed for development of high pressure water jet drilling technology in China.
