摘要
以香花槐根插小苗为试验对象,试验不同浓度钙、钾离子对幼苗抗寒性影响的结果表明:高浓度的Ca2+、K+处理能够在一定程度上降低香花槐幼苗叶片的相对电导率和丙二醛含量,提高可溶性糖含量,有利于提高香花槐幼苗的抗寒性。
This paper studied the effects of different calcium and potassium ions concentrations on the cold resistance of seedlings, used the root of R. ambigua idahoensis as the experimental object. The results showed that the high concentration of Ca2+, K+treatment can reduce the relative conductivity and MDA content of R. ambigua idahoensis seedlings to a certain extent, improve the content of soluble sugar, which was beneficial to improve the cold resistance of R. ambigua idahoensis seedlings. The experimental results can be formulated as cultivation measures to provide reference for R. ambigua idahoensis in local district.
