Epidemiological characteristic of newly diagnosed pneumoconiosis cases in Nanning,2007-2014

摘要 目的了解南宁市2007-2014年新诊断尘肺病病例流行病学特征,为尘肺病防治提供科学依据。方法应用职业病与职业卫生信息监测系统对2007-2014年南宁市新诊断尘肺病病例进行描述流行病学分析。结果 2007-2014年共报告新尘肺病病例357例,患病年龄为(54.8±10.7)岁,接尘工龄为(9.5±6.9)a;壹期尘肺330例(92.4%),贰期尘肺22例(6.2%),叁期尘肺5例(1.4%)。尘肺病种类主要是矽肺342例(95.8%),尘肺病工种主要为粉碎工(264例,占73.9%)、凿岩工(55例,占15.1%),行业分布以有色金属矿采选业(263例,占73.7%)、电力生产和供应业(共44例,占12.3%)为主、病例所在企业类型以中型企业(231例,占64.7%)为主。尘肺病例分布以横县最多(261例,占73.1%),其次为兴宁区(43例,占12.1%)。结论南宁市新诊断尘肺病例以壹期矽肺为主,工龄短,有色金属矿采选业为重点防治行业,粉碎工为重点防治人群,应加强尘肺病防治工作。 Objective To understand epidemiological characteristics of newly diagnosed cases of pneumoconiosis in Nanning from 2007 to 2014,and provide scientific basis for prevention and treatment of pneumoconiosis.Methods Descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze new cases of pneumoconiosis which were collected from occupational diseases and occupational health information monitoring system from 2007 to 2014in Nanning.Results From 2007 to 2014,a total of 357 cases of new pneumoconiosis cases were reported,age of onset was(54.77±10.67)years,the dust exposure time was(9.48±6.91)years;stage I of pneumoconiosis were 330cases(92.4%),22cases(6.2%)in stage II,5cases(1.4%)in stage III.The main type of pneumoconiosis was silicosis(342cases,95.8%).The main work relating types of pneumoconiosis were smashing worker(264cases,73.9%)and driller(55cases,15.1%).The industry distribution was mainly the non-ferrous metal mining industry(263cases,73.7%),and electric power production and supply industry(44cases,12.3%).Medium-sized enterprises(231cases,64.7%)were the main type of business.Pneumoconiosis cases at the most was Hengxian County(261cases,73.1%),followed by the Xingning District(43cases,12.1%).Conclusions Newly diagnosed cases of pneumoconiosis in Nanning mainly was stage I silicosis,the dust exposure time was short;non-ferrous metal mining industry was the key control industry,smashing worker was the focus of prevention and treatment in the exposed workers,should strengthen the pneumoconiosis disease prevention and control work.
