微合金钢连铸表面横裂纹形成机理与控制技术研究现状 被引量:31

摘要 表面和角部横裂纹是高强度微合金钢连铸及热轧工艺中最为突出的质量问题,也是国内钢铁企业多年来仍未彻底突破的技术难点。在回顾前人对微合金钢连铸表面横裂纹问题研究的基础上,全面概述了其形成原因、影响因素以及解决措施,重点分析了基体粗大奥氏体晶粒对连铸表面裂纹倾向的影响,揭示了表层组织控制技术的机理及相关参数的制定准则,提出了解决表面横裂纹问题的可行研究方向。 Surface transverse cracking (STC) is the most severe defect in high strength microalloyed steels during continuous casting and hot rolling process, which is an unsolved technological problem in Chinese steel companies. The formation causes, influencing factors and corresponding countermeasures of STC were reviwed. The effect of coarse austenite grains on the tendency of STC during continuous casting has been emphatically discussed. Be- sides, the principle and mechanism of surface structure control technology are revealed. The feasible investigation direction to solve STC problem has been put forward accordingly.
