摘要
通过宏观分析、理化检测和微观组织分析,研究了某电厂锅炉高温过热器爆管产生的原因。研究结果表明:该过热器管局部温度过高,并在该温度下长期运行,使珠光体严重球化,降低材料强度导致爆管。
According to visual examination,chemical analysis,mechanical performance analysis,metallography and microscopic analysis,the tube explosion reasons of the high temperature superheater elbows in a boiler are examined.It is found that the high temperature superheater tube has a high local temperature,and runs under this temperature in a long time,the pearlite serious spheroidizing,reducing the strength of materials,which leads to tube explosion.
