摘要
国内已经投产的直流燃煤锅炉出现水冷壁拉裂、爆管的现象很多,针对水冷壁管屏严重超温、壁间温差大、管排振动以及膨胀不均等导致锅炉水冷壁拉裂的原因,提出了相对应的预防措施。
The DC coal-fired boiler put into operation in domestic appear the much phenomenon of water wall cracking and booster.In view of the serious water wall tube overtemperature、arge temperature difference between wall、tube vibration、uneven inflation ect lead to water wall cracking,the corresponding prevention measures are put forward.
