摘要
目的了解老年人医养结合需求的特征及影响因素。方法对齐齐哈尔市6个区、县60岁及以上的老年人进行问卷调查,获得有医养结合需求的问卷366份。结果有"疾病护理"需求的老年人占43.4%,有"紧急救助"需求的老年人占56.6%。老年人的人口学特征、社会经济状况、健康状况和家庭特征对医养结合需求有较大影响。结论对低收入老年人、高龄、女性和无配偶老年人要给予特别的关注,促进和谐幸福家庭建设、构建立体的医养结合服务体系是应对老年人医养结合服务需求的重要措施。
OBJECTIVE To understand characteristics and influencing factors of the demand for combination of medical care and sup- port of the elderly. METHODS By stratified random sampling, a questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate elderly people aged 60 and over in 6 districts and counties of Qiqihar, and 366 questionnaire were valid. RESULTS There were 43.4% elderly peo- ple with ＂disease care＂ needs, and 56.6% of the elderly with ＂emergency rescue＂ . Demographic characteristics, socioeconomic sta- tus, health status and family characteristics of the elderly had great impact on the needs of combination of medical care and support. CONCLUSION The low income elderly, advanced age, gender and no spouse old man＂ were needed to give special attention, and pro- moting the building of a harmonious happy family, building a three-dimensional medical care and support combined service system were important measures to meet the demand for combination of medical care and support of the elderly.
