水稻叶片SPAD值分布特征及其与施氮量的关系 被引量:25

摘要 【目的】探明水稻叶片SPAD值分布特征及其与施氮量的关系,为构建基于SPAD值的水稻施氮管理线性模型提供参考依据。【方法】试验采用裂区设计,主处理设2个不同品种(Q优6号和准两优527),副处理设6种不同施氮量水平(0、75、150、225、300和375 kg/ha,以纯N计),测定不同施氮水平下水稻重要生育时期的叶片SPAD值,并分析稻叶SPAD值分布特征及其与施氮量的关系。【结果】Q优6号在不同施氮处理下的产量排序为300 kg/ha>225 kg/ha>150kg/ha>375 kg/ha>75 kg/ha>0 kg/ha,准两优527产量随施氮量的增加而增加;准两优527的有效穗数和千粒重显著高于Q优6号。两个水稻品种不同施氮水平间SPAD值的动态变化趋势相似,但SPAD值最高值出现的时间和幅度略有差别。两个水稻品种SPAD值与施氮量在拔节期、抽穗期和成熟期均呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),拟合方程斜率均较低。不同测定时期SPAD值存在品种间和叶位间的差异。各SPAD值次级指标与施氮量的一元二次多项式拟合结果表明,下部叶片SPAD值(L3和L4)与施氮量的曲线拟合度高于上部叶片SPAD值(L1和L2),两次追肥时期的SPADL4×L3/mean值可作为氮素营养实时诊断的理想指标。【结论】水稻叶片SPADL4×L3/mean与施氮量具有较好的拟合关系,且这一关系不受时间和品种的影响,可作为构建基于SPAD值水稻变量施氮模型时的理想参数。 【Objective】The present study explored distribution characteristics of SPAD value in rice leaves and its relationship with nitrogen application rate, in order to provide reference for establishing linear model of rice nitrogen application rate management based on SPAD value. 【Method】Split plot design was adopted in this experiment, having two rice varieties(Qyou 6 and Zhunliangyou 527) in main plot and six different nitrogen application rates(0, 75, 150, 225, 300 and 375 kg/ha, calculated based on pure nitrogen) in subplot. Leaf SPAD values in different nitrogen treatments at important growth stages and relationship between distribution characteristics of SPAD value and nitrogen application rate were studied. 【Result】Results showed that the order of Qyou 6 rice yield in different nitrogen applications was as follows: 300 kg/ha〉225 kg/ha〉150kg/ha〉375 kg/ha〉75 kg/ha〉0 kg/ha,and rice yield of Zhunliangyou 527 increased with the increase of nitrogen application rate. Effective panicle number and 1000-grain weight of Zhunliangyou 527 were significantly higher than those of Qyou 6. The dynamic changes of SPAD value of Qyou 6 and Zhunliangyou 527 at different nitrogen levels were similar,but the time of peak SPAD value and change amplitude of SPAD value had slight difference. SPAD value and nitrogen application rate showed significant positive correlation at jointing stage,heading stage and maturity stage in Qyou 6and Zhunliangyou 527( P〈0. 01), but the slope of fitted equation was low. SPAD values of different determination time varied between different varieties and leaves at different positions. The results of one variable quadratic polynomial fitting between secondary indexes of SPAD value and nitrogen application rate showed that cure fitting degree between SPAD value of lower leaf(L3 and L4) and nitrogen application rate was higher than the degree between upper leaf(L1 and L2)and nitrogen application rate. The SPADL4×L3/meanvalue at two fertilizing stages could be used as an ideal indicator for nitrogen nutrition diagnosis. 【Conclusion】The fitting relationship between SPADL4×L3/meanvalue of rice leaf and nitrogen application rate was obvious, which is not affected by time and variety. So SPADL4 ×L3/meanvalue can be an ideal parameter for SPAD-value-based nitrogen application rate model with rice as variable.
