摘要 为了解决煤层注H2S吸收液的工艺及吸收液添加工艺中存在的问题,以新疆某煤矿+475 m西B1+2综放工作面为研究对象,开展了煤层注水工艺参数研究,并通过添加H2S复合吸收剂,重点考查了H2S吸收效率的影响因素及其规律。研究结果表明,适宜的煤层注水条件为注水压力6 MPa,添加的湿润剂质量分数0.3%,吸收液质量分数1.0%,在该条件下割煤时司机处和支架人行道的H2S吸收效率分别为65.1%和71.4%;放煤时放煤处的H2S吸收效率可达56.3%。试验结果可为煤矿现场的H2S治理及其工艺参数研究提供参考依据。 In order to solve the problems in the injection of H2 S absorption solution in the coal seam and the addition of the absorption solution, in this paper, west B1+2 fully mechanized caving face on +475 m level in a coal mine in Xinjiang Region was taken as the research object, research was made on the technological parameters of water injection in coal seams, and examination was focused on the influence factors of H2S absorption efficiency and its laws by adding H2S compound absorbent. The experimental results showed that the suitable conditions were 6 MPa of water injection pressure, 0.3% of the added wetting agent concentration and 1.0% of the absorbing solution concentration. Under such conditions, H2S absorption efficiency at the driver position of the shearer and in the support sidewalk was respectively 65. 1% and 71.4%, and the H2S absorption efficiency at the coal caving position reached 56.3%. The test results can be used as the reference basis for the treatment of H2 S and the study of its process parameters in coal mines.
