摘要
因水泵设计选型过大,中央空调变水量系统在部分负荷运行时,同样存在"大流量小温差"问题。本文以实际工程为例,基于水泵变频功率模型和水泵全年运行能耗简化模型,探讨水泵变频的运行特性及节能潜力。结果表明:水泵变频综合效率随着负荷率的降低而降低;在相同的水泵转速比下,单台水泵的效率比两台并联水泵的综合效率高。当空调系统计算流量小于单台水泵的额定流量时,采用单台水泵变频比采用两台水泵并联变频运行要节能。当水泵设计选型过大时,经换泵改造,一大一小组合的水泵变频比两台相同水泵并联变频运行更节能。
Because of too large parameter values of the pump, when the variable volume water system of the central air conditioning is in the partial load operation, it also exist the problem of "large flow of small temperature difference". This paper takes the actual project for an example to explore the operating characteristics of variable frequency pumps and energy saving potential, based on variable frequency pump power model and pump annual energy consumption simplify model. The results show that: the comprehensive efficiency of the frequency pump decreases with the decrease of the load rate; in the same speed ratio, the efficiency of a single pump is higher than the efficiency of two parallel pumps. When the calculated flow of the variable volume water system is less than the rated flow of a single pump, the use of a single frequency pump is more energy efficient than the use of two parallel pumps. When parameter values of the pump is too large, the transformation of a small and a large pump is more energy efficient than two frequency parallel pumps.
