摘要
随着中国城市化进程的加深,农村传统的生产、生活方式都发生了较大改变,农村生态环境也受到了极大的挑战。水资源、水环境的不断恶化就是诸多问题中较为凸显的一个,这不但制约了农村区域经济的发展,而且与建设社会主义新农村的发展方向背道而驰。基于北方农村排污及水环境改造的课题研究,选取大连市普兰店区小盐场周边的三个自然村落作为探究对象,结合当地居民的生产生活模式以及实际经济状况提出具体的解决思路和办法,探索出一套相对完善的农村污水处理和建设宜居村镇的工作对策,为北方地区村镇规划改造提供参考。
With the deepening of urbanization in China, the traditional rural production and life- style have changed greatly, and the rural environment has also faced a great challenge. The de- terioration of water resources and water environment is one of the most prominent problems, which not only restricts the development of rural regional economy, but also runs counter to the direction of our construction of new socialist countryside. Based on the study of rural sewage and water environment reform in northern China, three natural villages around Xiaoyanchang Village in Pulandian district of Dalian were selected as the objects of study. Based on the production and living patterns of local residents and the actual economic situation, the paper proposed spe- cific solutions and methods, and explored a set of relatively perfect rural sewage treatment and construction of livable villages and towns of the work of countermeasures, which provided a ref- erence for the planning and transformation of villages and towns in northern areas.
