摘要
针对风电机组运行工况复杂造成的齿轮箱振动数据特征提取困难的问题,提出了阶比分析与散度指标分析的方法对双馈机组齿轮箱故障进行诊断。首先通过阶比重采样以及角域同步平均的方法,对原始信号进行预处理,提高信号的稳定性与精度;通过对处理后的角域信号进行阶比谱与包络谱分析,提取信号特征;最后应用散度指标分析方法,对信号特征进行量化处理,实现齿轮箱故障诊断工作。应用此方法对齿轮箱典型故障仿真数据与实际现场数据进行分析计算,得到了较为准确的诊断结果,有一定的实用价值。
In view of the difficulty in data extraction of the gear box vibration features due to the complicated working conditions,the method using the order analysis and divergence index analysis is put forward to diagnose the fault of the gear box for a double fed wind turbine. Firstly,the original signal is processed by using the method of order sampling and average angle domain synchronization,which improves the stability and accuracy of the signal. Then,the signal features of angle domain signal are extracted by the order ratio spectrum and envelope spectrum analysis. Finally,the method of divergence index analysis is used to quantify the signal characteristics and realize the fault diagnosis of the gear box. By using this method,the simulation data and actual data of a typical fault are analyzed and calculated to obtain the diagnosis results,which have certain practical value for fault diagnosis.
