区带流动分析技术测定水质中六价铬的研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过研究区带流动分析技术,借助于便携式Mobi Chem多功能化学分析仪,探索环境水样中六价铬的快速及连续的监测方法。采用二苯碳酰二肼做显色剂,检测波长540 nm,线性范围0~1 000μg/L,校准曲线的线性相关系数R2=0.999 6,具备良好的线性,检测限MDL=4.0μg/L。本方法测试数据的重复性好,智能除泡技术,能有效排除气泡干扰,适用于突发环境污染事故的现场快速应急监测与连续监测。 This article introduced exploring rapid and continuous monitoring methods of hexavalent chromium in environmental water,by studying zone fluidic analysis technology and with the help of MobiChem muhifunctional chemistry analyzer. Using diphenyl hydrazine do ehromogenic agent, detection wavelength 540nm, the linear range 0 - 1 000μg/L, the calibration curve linear correlation coefficient R^2 = 0. 999 6, with good linearity, limit of detection MDL =4. 0 μg/L. Good repeatability of test data, intelligent defoaming teehnolog, remove air bubbles interference. This method is applicable environmental pollution accident site rapid monitoring and continuous monitoring.
