摘要
高功率密度直流无刷电动伺服控制系统的性能、可靠性与控制系统结构、主电路功率开关器件的驱动和吸收电路设计密切相关。IGBT因输入阻抗高、开关速度快、热稳定性好等一系列优点在高功率密度电动伺服控制系统中得到广泛的应用,高可靠的驱动电路和吸收电路设计是高压功率开关器件能稳定工作的重要保障,本文重点研究了主电路功率开关器件IGBT的驱动电路、吸收保护电路结构及优化方法,详细说明了各保护参数的计算方法。实验结果证明:该伺服驱动控制系统具有实时性强、功率器件驱动保护电路性能稳定、可靠性高等优点。
The performance and reliability of high power density motor servo control system are really related with control system structure,driver and protection design of the main circuit power switch device. Because of the high-input impedance,fast switch speed and heat stabilization,Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor(IGBT) has been widely used in motor servo control systems. High reliability of the drive circuit and the absorption circuit design is an important guarantee for high voltage power switching device in a stable operation.The research focus on the driving circuit of IGBT main circuit power switch device,absorbing protection circuit,and optimization parameters. Also,the research described in detail the calculation methods of the various protection parameters. The experimental results show that the servo control system has advantages of strong real-time,table performance and high reliability.
