改性Cr12MoV锻模钢的显微组织与耐磨性研究 被引量:2

摘要 锻模的耐磨性是模具钢的重要性能。试验制备了石墨烯改性Cr12MoV锻模钢,并进行了耐磨性的测试与分析。结果表明,改性Cr12MoV锻模钢由马氏体和少量的奥氏体、Cr_7C_3化合物和石墨烯组成。与商用Cr12MoV锻模钢相比,当始锻温度提高到1200℃时,改性Cr12MoV锻模钢的耐磨性提高79%;当终锻温度提高到800℃时,改性Cr12MoV锻模钢的耐磨性提高77%;当锻造变形量提高到20%时,改性Cr12MoV锻模钢的耐磨性提高74%。 The wear resistance of the forging die is an important performance of die steel. The modified Cr12MoV forging die steels were prepared by graphene. And the wear resistance was tested and analyzed. The results show that the modified Crl2MoV forging die steel is composed of martensite, a little of austenite, Cr7C3 and graphene. Comparing with commercial Crl2MoV forging die steel, the wear resistance of the modified Crl2MoV forging die steel increases by 79% when the initial forging temperature increases to 1200℃ ; the wear resistance of the modified Crl2MoV forging die steel increases by 77% when the final forging temperature increases to 800℃ ; the wear resistance of the modified Crl2MoV forging die steel increases by 74% when the deformation increases to 20%.
