摘要
为了深入研究水泥-水玻璃速凝注浆材料的稳定性能,通过室内试验,分析了复合水泥-水玻璃注浆材料的主要性能参数。利用回归正交试验设计方法,以抗压强度、凝胶时间为主要指标,采用极差法和直观图法分析浆液的抗压强度并对配比进行了优化设计,通过腐蚀试验分析了硫酸盐、碳酸盐对强度的影响。研究结果表明,磷酸氢二钠对注浆材料的强度影响很小,作为良好的缓凝剂效果明显;影响浆材28d抗压强度的主要因素依次为水灰比、水玻璃、减水剂、磷酸氢二钠;浸泡90d,在5%的Na_2SO_4溶液中结石体的强度损失最大达44.1%,在5%的Na_2CO_3溶液中,强度损失达18.5%;选择较优配比浆液作为注浆材料,根据相应的施工工艺,为后期场地加固做好铺垫。
To investigate the stability performance of cement-water glass fast-gelling grouting material,the main performance parameters of cement-water glass grouting material are analyzed though laboratory experiment. By the orthogonal regressive principle,the experiment method is designed and the compressive strength and gel-time are used as the main index. The influence factors of compressive strength are analyzed by the range-method and pictorial diagram method,and the proportioning design is optimized. The effect of sulfate and carbonate on strength is analyzed through experiments. The results show that sodium hydrogen phosphate has little effect on the strength of grouting materials,and it is a good retarder which can get significant effect. The main factors that affect the compressive strength of 28 d are water-cement ratio,water glass,water reducer and sodium hydrogen phosphate.Soaking in 5% sodium sulfate solution for 90 d,the loss of consolidation strength loss is up to 44. 1%. And soaking in 5% sodium carbonate solution,strength loss is up to 18. 5%. Selecting the best proportion of seriflux as grouting material and according to the corresponding construction technology,it can pave the way for the reinforcement of the late stage.
