摘要
建设项目竣工环境保护验收是建设项目竣工分项验收内容之一,是建设项目正式投产使用的先决条件。结合污染型项目环保验收工作实践以及酒精项目的特点,对酒精项目工程建设情况、项目建设所采取的环境保护措施的落实和设施运行及效果检查情况、项目已显现的对环境的影响、清洁生产评价及环境管理检查等验收要点进行了总结探讨,有利于建设单位及验收委托单位高效开展酒精项目竣工环保验收工作。
Construction project completion acceptance ofenvironmentalprotection is part of the construction project completion acceptance, and is the prerequisite for construction project formally putting into production. This paper combining with acceptance work for environment protection of polluted project and characters of alcohol project, summarizes and discusses the construction situation of alcohol projeck construction of environmental protection measures and facilities running effect,project affected on environment, evaluation of cleaner production and acceptance points of environmental management and examination, making for alcohol project completion acceptance be efficiently pushing on by construction unit and acceptance client.
