基于振动排序技术的马铃薯播种机设计与分析 被引量:2

摘要 马铃薯播种设备形式多样,但国内现有设备大都很难避免播种时普遍存在的漏播、重播问题,造成马铃薯出芽率低、出芽不均匀,生产率低下。为此,首次将振动排序技术引入马铃薯播种设备,在排种环节使用电磁振动盘,通过实验验证并得出数据。该设计能够较好地改善马铃薯的漏播与重播问题,提出了一种全新形式的马铃薯播种装备,提高了马铃薯的播种质量和效率。 The planting equipment of potato with a variety of forms, but most of the existing equipment are difficult to a- void some issues such as leakage broadcast, replay, then causes the potato sprouting rate is low, sprouting is not uni- form, and the inefficient production. In this paper, the vibration sorting technology is first introduced into the potato planting equipment, and the electromagnetic vibrating disc is used in the part of plant, and the data were verified by ex- periments. This design can improve the leakage and weight of potato, and put forward a new kind of planting equipment of potato, which can improve the quality and efficiency of potato.
