摘要
针对深水水下井口及采用水下采油树方式生产的井,对比了地面井口与水下井口环空压力监测的通道;给出了各个压力环空的定义;分析了形成环空压力的原因及压力源的来源;阐述了A环空压力的监测及诊断方法,并对每种方法的优缺点进行了对比。通过一口深水井案例,分析了产量变化时各个环空中压力的变化情况,结论表明产量变化时各个环空压力变化明显。研究结果对环空压力管理、诊断、监测及深水井套管选型具有借鉴和指导意义。
The annular pressure monitoring passage between the surface wellhead and subsea wellhead are compared in this paper.By focusing on the deepwater well with subsea well head or subsea production tree,this paper defines the annular layers,analyses the reasons causing annular pressure built-up,identifies three different pressure sources(Sustained continuous pressure,Thermal pressure built-up,and Operated pressure on annular),demonstrates and compares the pros and cons of each monitoring and diagnostic method on annular A.A case study is also presented to demonstrate the significant annular layers pressure change whenever production rate is altered.The solution in this paper can be served as a good reference and guideline for the annular pressure management,monitoring,diagnostic,and casing selection of deepwater wells.
