摘要
利用因子分析法,提炼出5个影响西藏地区基本公共服务满意度的因子,并分别采用普通线性回归模型和分层线性回归模型对这些影响因子与总体满意度的关系以及这种关系的情景效应进行了研究。研究结果显示:1影响因子与总体满意度均存在区际差异;2不同影响因子对总体满意度的影响存在显著差异;3影响因子与总体满意度的关系不存在情景效应,但这种关系在区际内部不同个体之间却存在显著差异。最后,依据分析结论,给出了相应的政策建议。
By using factor analysis to extract five factors affecting the satisfaction of the basic public services in Tibet, a research on the relationship between the factors and overall satisfaction and the situational effect of the relationship has been carried on with both general linear regression model and hierarchical linear regression model, and the result shows: (1)both impact factors and overall satisfaction are different among regions; (2)the effects of different factors on overall satisfaction are significantly different; (3)there is no situational effect of the relationship between impact factor and overall satisfaction, but this relationship has significant differences between individuals in a same region. Finally, this article, based on the analysis,gives some relevant policy suggestion.
