摘要
张謇倡导的"父教育,母实业"、"实业教育,富强之大本也"等教育与实业迭相为用的诸多实践,蕴含着丰富的创业教育理念,对于解决当今中国创业教育领域的一些问题仍具有重要的现实启示和研究价值。探讨张謇优秀实业家和教育家特质,分析张謇实业与教育思想的历史文化渊源及思想蕴涵,发现张謇实业与教育观在一定程度和范围上与创业教育育人兴国的本质具有高度契合性。他在文化价值认知和社会环境因素的影响下,通过教育和实践的有机结合来培养"创造性"和"创造力"以及兼济天下的社会责任感,实现"学必期于用,用必适于地"创业教育的现实要求,并将创业教育作为一项系统过程,促进个体自我全面发展的基础上实现自我价值。
The ideas advocated by Zhang Jian, such as, "to value education and industry", "industry education being the root of a nation's prosperity", highlight a combination of education and industry. Such ideas still shed light on ways of addressing problems with China's present entrepreneurial education. This paper discusses Zhang Jian's characters as a successful entrepreneur and educator, and studies the historical and cultural sources and connotations of those ideas. It is found that his thoughts on education and industry accord with the essence of rejuvenating a nation by cultivating talents. Influenced by cultural value cognition and social environmental factors, "creativeness" and "creativity" as well as the noblesse sense of social responsibility can be fostered by combining education and practice. Thus, the realistic requirements of entrepreneurial education, "learning for practical application", can be met. Moreover, entrepreneurial education is considered as a systematic job to promote individuals' comprehensive development and realize their value.
