摘要
以Pro/E软件对雕刻机的机械本体进行设计并以此制作样机,借助Visual.C++6.0开发雕刻机的人机交互界面.构建以AVR单片机为核心控制系统的下位机,利用串行通信的方式实现与上位机之间的通讯,并采用Open GL对所加工的三维图形和加工路径进行实时显示,使用户可直接观察零件的雕刻加工过程,方便进行相应的操作.实验分析表明,所设计的雕刻机的系统误差满足实际加工要求,该雕刻机具有一定的应用价值.
The three-dimensional mode of 3-axis engraving machine was designed by Pro/E, and then the function prototype was made according to the three--dimensional mode. The human--computer interaction interface was designed by Visual.C++6.0, and the lower computer based on AVR MCU as the core control system was constructed. The communication between human-computer interaction interface and lower computer was based on serial communication. In addition to the 3D graphics, the real-time display of processing route are completed by OpenGL, thus, it will be more conveniently and quickly operated and the machining process of work piece can he more intuitive observed by the user. Test results show that the error of engraving machine control system meets the demand of actual carving processing, and the application value of that is effective.
