摘要
目的研究藏药十五味云鹏散含汞制剂和无汞制剂对免疫低下小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法选择90只Balb/c种雌性小鼠,按体重随机分为空白组、模型(环磷酰胺)组、阳性(胸腺肽肠溶片0.01 g/kg)组、十五味云鹏散含汞制剂高、中、低剂量(0.38、0.18、0.09 g/kg)组及无汞制剂高、中、低剂量(0.38、0.18、0.09 g/kg)组,每组各10只;除空白组外,其余各组小鼠腹腔注射环磷酰胺,造成免疫功能低下的动物模型。各给药组于第4天开始灌胃给药,连续给药10 d,空白组和模型组灌胃给予等体积的蒸馏水。在末次给药1 h后,颈椎脱臼处死小鼠,分别测定小鼠的脾脏系数、胸腺系数、血清溶血素水平(HC50)以及二硝基氯苯诱导迟发性变态反应(DTH)发生情况。结果与模型组比较,十五味云鹏散含汞制剂高、中剂量组和无汞制剂高、中剂量组均能明显提高免疫低下小鼠脾脏系数、胸腺系数和HC50(P<0.05);可改善DTH。结论十五味云鹏散含汞制剂和无汞制剂可以增强免疫低下小鼠的免疫功能。
Objective To study the effect of Tibetan medicine Shiwuwei Yunpeng Powder containing mercury preparations and mercury-free preparations on immune function in immunocompromised mice. Methods 90 Balb/c female mice were randomly divided into blank group, model (cyclophosphamide) group, positive (0.01 g/kg Thymopeptides Entericcoated Tablets) group and Shiwuwei Yunpeng Powder containing mercury preparations high-dose, middle-dose and low-dose (0.38, 0.18, 0.09 g/kg) group and mercury-free preparations high-dose, middle-dose and low-dose (0.38, 0.18, 0.09 g/kg) group according to their body weights, with 10 mice in each group. In addition to the normal group, the other groups immunocompromised mice models been made by cyclophosphamide intraperitoneal injection. From the fourth day, the mice were taken drug by intragastric administration, continuing 10 days, and the mice in the blank group and the model group were taken equal volume of distilled water. The mice were sacrificed by cervical dislocation 1 hour 'after the last administration. The spleen index, thymus index, value of hemolysin in serum and dinitrochloroben- zene-induced delayed allergy (DTH) were determinated respectively. Results Compared with the model group, the spleen index, thymus index, HC50 levels in the Shiwuwei Yunpeng Powder containing mercury preparations high-dose, middle-dose group and mercury-free preparations high-dose, middle-dose group were increased (P 〈 0.05); and the DTH were improved. Conclusion Shiwuweiyunpeng Powder containing mercury preparations and mercury-free preparations can enhance immune function in immunocompromised mice.
