摘要
对麦草两段氧碱蒸煮和氧碱浆的次氯酸盐漂白进行了初步研究,并测定了氧碱蒸煮废液的CODCr。结果表明,麦草两段氧碱蒸煮纸浆经酸处理后白度可达到65%ISO以上,经次氯酸盐漂白-酸处理后,白度达到74%ISO,并且具有良好的机械性能;与Soda-AQ蒸煮相比,两段氧碱蒸煮可降低废液CODCr约40%。
Two-stage alkaline-oxygen cooking of wheat straw and hypochlorite bleaching of alkaline-oxygen pulp is investigated and theCODCr of the alkaline-oxygen cooking black liquor is measured. The results show that the brightness of the two-stage alkaline-oxygen cookedpulp can reach 65% ISO and more after being processed with acid and the brightness can reach 75% ISO after being hypochlorite bleached. Thebleached alkaline-oxygen pulps have good strength properties. Compared with soda-AQ cooking, the CODCr of the black liquor of alkaline canbe lowered by 40%.
