摘要
校长交流轮岗是新时期我国政府为了实现教育资源均衡配置而做出的重大决策部署之一,其效果的实现与多种因素有关,文化是其中不容忽视的重要因素之一。学校是"以文化人"的场域,担负着"以文化人"的责任,校长与学校文化之间是互为双向影响的重要因素。为了达成良好的轮岗效果,从文化学的层面进行审视与审思,轮岗校长可以采取加强沟通,缩短文化"浸染"的过程,寻求归属与认同感;正确看待文化冲突,清醒进行文化识别;制定共同愿景,在摒弃文化霸权的基础上力求文化共生;加强文化互访,建立校际共同体等文化学策略以求实现轮岗效果的最大化。
It is one of the significant decisions by the government of China in the new era for principals to rotate from school to school for the purpose of exchange in order to achieve balanced allocation of educational resources. The realization of the purpose is related many factors, and culture is one of an important factor among them. The school is a realm to "culturailze people", shouldering the responsibility of "cul- turalizing people". There is a two-way cultural influence between the principal and the school culture. Review and contemplation of school principals" exchange rotation from the perspective of cultural studies , the principals can take some measures :strengthen communication and seeking a sense of belonging and i- dentity; Take correct view of cultural conflict and make good choice; develop shared vision and abandon cultural hegemony ; strengthen cultural exchanges and establish community.
