摘要
针对现有马铃薯播种机施肥箱存在的流肥盒进料口处堵肥、出料口处的卡肥、肥箱底部的积肥及施肥不精确问题,对2CMX-4B型播种机施肥箱进行优化改进。采用绞龙螺旋推肥作业方式,代替六方传动轴拨肥作业方式,彻底解决了流肥盒出料口处的卡肥问题,保证了肥料顺利排出;在肥箱体增设了搅拌装置,不仅能够将粘成团的大块肥料搅拌碎,又能将肥箱底部的肥料顺利推进流肥盒,避免了流肥盒进料口处的堵肥问题与肥箱底部的积肥问题;采用更换链轮调节传动比的方式代替原来靠调节流肥盒开口量的大小来控制施肥量的粗制方式,实现了肥量的精确控制。试验结果表明:改进后的马铃薯播种机各项指标均符合国家标准要求,施肥效果有着明显的改善,不仅提高了作业质量,而且有效节约了化肥用量,降低了用户种植成本。
With the aim to solve the problems of the inlet fertilizer block and the outlet fertilizer stuck in the flow fertilizer box, the accumulation of at the bottom of fertilizer box and inaccurate fertilization, the fertilizer box of the 2CMX-4B po- tato planter was redesigned. The operation mode of auger push fertilizer was replaced by the six drive shaft Shifting fertilizer, it could prevent fertilizer stuck in outlet the flow fertilizer box, keep the smooth of fertilizer discharge; In the fertilizer box body added stirring device, it could broke large clusters of stick fertilizer and the bottom fertilizer was smoothly stream fertilizer box, it could prevent the problems of the accumulation of at the bottom of fertilizer box and the inlet fertilizer block; the way of replacing sprockets replaced the way of adjusting the opening-degree of fertilizer box to adjust the transmission ratio, it could realize the accurate control of fertilizer. The test results showed that the indexes of new potato planter met the requirements of the national standard, and the new machine could improve the potato produc- tion and save the fertilizer application rate and reduce the cost of the farmers.
