摘要 在现代科学技术的众多领域,生产线的应用越来越广泛,掌握自动化生产线的核心技术,熟悉生产线的安装调试方法,是每一位机电类专业技术人员必须具备的基本能力之一。本文以甘肃机电职业技术学院机电一体化实训装置为设计平台,使学生熟悉小型生产线的结构、各个单元的作用,按控制要求规范地绘制电路图和气路图,并能正确连接,使学生初步掌握机械手的动作及控制要求,变频器的选型与参数设置,各类传感器的选择与调整,能针对不同生产线的控制要求,设计、安装与调试PLC程序。 In many fields of modern science and technology, the production line is used more and more widely, so grasping the core technology of automatic production line, being familiar with the methods of installation and debugging of the production line, is one of the basic abilities that every mechanical and electrical professional and technical personnel must have. This paper takes the mechanical and electrical integration training system of Gansu Institute of Mechanical Electrical Engineering as the design platform, so that students are familiar with the structure of small production lines and the role of each unit, can standardly draw circuit diagram and gas diagram according to the control requirements and can connect properly, and the students can master the action and control requirements of the manipulator, the selection and parameter setting of the transducer, the selection and adjustment of all kinds of sensors, the design,installation and debugging of the PLC program according to the control requirements of different production lines.
