以"健康中国2030"规划纲要为研究对象,分析阐述了该纲要"将健康融入到所有政策(HiAP)"、"从影响健康的因素入手"、"关注健康而非关注治疗"、"政府多部门深度参与"等几方面的重大理念转变。
This article is focus on the “Health China 2030” planning outline to analyze and expound the following aspects of the distinguished concept transformation such as “Health in All Policies （HiAP）”,“Start From the Factors of Influencing Health”,“Focus on Health Rather Than Treatment” , “ Government Multi Sectors deep Participation in” and so on.
