摘要
正交实验设计是研究多因子实验问题的重要数学方法,本文利用这一方法,以正交表L_(16)(4~5)安排实验,探索了吹扫流速、吹扫时间、脱附时间、脱附温度和烘烤温度等因素在吹扫捕集-气质联用测定水质中四乙基铅方法的影响。在最优实验条件求得线性回归方程,相关系数R=0.9998,检出限为0.04μg/L。而且实际样品分析中,准确度高,精密度好,完全满足环境水体中四乙基铅的测定需要。
The orthogonal experiment is an important mathematical method in multifactor experiment. This paper investigated the impact of purging flow velocity, purging time, desorption time, desorption temperature and baking temperature on determination of tetraethyl lead in water using purge-and-trap gas chromatography mass spectrometry with the orthogonal experiment. The correlation coefficient and detection limit were 0. 9998 and 0.04 μg/L, respectively, in optimal experimental conditions. The method has high accuracy and good precision, which fully meets the requirements in the determination of tetraethyl lead in environmental water.
