摘要
通过对电静液刹车系统的架构分析,结合以往飞机舵机系统中电静液技术的应用情况,在国内研究的电静液刹车系统基础上,提出了一种新型的优化后的电静液刹车技术,并对优化前后两种电静液刹车技术进行了对比,最后通过仿真手段对优化后的电静液刹车系统动态性能进行了分析。仿真结果表明:优化后的电静液刹车系统动态响应及刹车效率能够满足刹车系统指标要求,且其动态响应频率高于以往研制的电静液刹车系统。
A new type of electro hydro-static actuator brake system was presented, which was based on the analysis of the struc-ture of electro hydrostatic actuator brake system and the application of electro hydrostatic actuator technology in aircraft steering gear. And the two kinds of electro hydro-static brake system were analyzed. The simulation results show that the dynamic performance and braking efficiency of the optimized Electro Hydro-static Actuator brake system can meet the requirements of the brake system, and its dynamic performance frequency is higher than that of the former.
