摘要
针对装甲车辆冷却系统功率大,对风扇转速控制要求高与节能的需求,阐述了装甲车辆液压驱动风扇系统的基本组成与原理,并建立了系统数学模型。通过对风扇系统马达排量、总工作容积等不同性能参数进行仿真分析,得出各性能参数对液压驱动风扇系统动态特性的影响规律,为系统优化设计提供理论指导。
Larger power of armored vehicle cooling system was focused on. For needs of higher fan speed control and effective en-ergy saving, the basic compositions and principles of armored vehicle hydraulic driven fan system were expounded, and the systematic mathematical model was established. Based on the simulation analysis which carried out on the different performance parameters sys-tem, such as motor displacement, the total volume system and so on, the influence laws to the performance parameters of dynamic characteristics of hydraulic drive fan system are introduced, which provide the theoretical guidance for the optimization design of the system.
