摘要
为了提高钻杆的重复利用率,延长钻杆的实际使用寿命,设计一套钻杆螺纹自动修复装置。整套装置包括自动化输送装置的上料、传送、支撑三大机构,以及经过数控化改装后具有自动对刀、装夹中心可调、自动切削进给等优点的CNC管螺纹车床。根据螺纹受损程度确定切削量、螺纹进给深度,在引入的数控系统基础上进行编程,并进行多次室内试验调试程序,最终修复出合格的螺纹,达到降低工人劳动强度与提高修复精度的要求。
In order to improve the repetition rate of drill pipe and prolong the actual service life of dri ll rod, a set of automatic re-pairing device for drill pipe thread was designed. The whole device consisted of three major institutions, including the automatic conve-ying device, delivery device and support device, and the CNC pipe threading lathe with the advantages of automatic tool setting, ad-justable clamping tools, automatic feed. The cutting depth and thread feeding depth were determined by the damage of thread. After programming and many experiments in laboratory, qualified thread is gotten eventually by the device. The design has reduced the labor intensity and improved repairing precision.
