摘要
特色小镇作为城乡一体化和新型城镇化的抓手,在促进城乡区域协调发展、促进新型工业化与农业现代化同步发展、增强薄弱地区发展后劲方面具有重要意义。从上海情况看,镇是推进城乡发展一体化和新型城镇化的重要载体,推进特色小镇建设应从城乡发展一体化的角度出发,充分体现国际化大都市的特点,主动适应区域环境综合整治、土地减量化背景下郊区农村经济可持续发展的新要求,发掘并支持有基础、有条件的特色镇探索符合本地实际的发展路径。
As the integration of urban and rural and town features new urbanization starting point,has an important significance in promoting the coordinated development of urban and rural areas,promoting new industrialization and agricultural modernization synchronous development and strengthen the weak areas of development.Judging from the situation in Shanghai,the town is an important carrier to promote integration of urban and rural development and new urbanization,promote the characteristics of small town building should be integrated from the perspective of urban and rural development,fully reflect the characteristics of the international metropolis,take the initiative to adapt to the new requirements of rural economic sustainable development,regional environmental comprehensive renovation of land reduction under the background of excavation and support foundation,the conditions of the characteristics of town to explore the development path in line with local realities.
