摘要
通过调研广东省高职院校图书馆岗位设置与绩效考核的实施情况,分析可知,图书馆岗位设置基本合理,存在竞聘上岗实施不佳、绩效考核效果微弱的问题。文章提出在微观层面上图书馆领导及员工应转变观念,积极参与变革过程。宏观上图书馆也要进行组织架构调整,以期适应正在变化的图书馆业务。
An investigation on the post setting and performance assessment of vocational college libraries in Guangdong province shows that the post setting is reasonable, but position competition runs in a bad way, and the effect of performance assessment is not good. The paper suggests that librarians should change their mind and participate actively in the transformation, and libraries ought to go through reorganization so as to adjust to the changing librarianship.
