摘要
为提高版纳龙船花的扦插生根率,缩短生根时间和育苗周期,以版纳龙船花健康插穗为材料,以V(草炭)∶V(红土)=1∶1的基质为扦插基质,观察6种不同质量浓度的生根剂组合(NAA+IBA)处理后穗条的生根情况.结果表明:6种生根剂组合中,NAA 200 mg/L+IBA 400 mg/L处理后的版纳龙船花穗条扦插的生根率最高,可达86%;每株平均生根数量为35根;平均根长为3.88 cm.
In order to improve the cuttage rooting rate,rooting time and shorten the breeding cycle of Ixora paraopaca,with the health cuttings as materials and peat soil and red clay as substrate ratio of 1 :1,the effect of different rooting agent combination(NAA+IBA) on the cottage rooting of I. paraopaca was tested.The results showed that I. paraopaca had the highest cuttage rooting rate when treated by NAA 200 mg/L+ IBA 400 mg/L,the cuttage rooting rate could be reached 86%.The average number of a root was 35 and average root's length was 3.88 cm.
