摘要
本文通过研究多种技术改造方案和现场实际测绘,对AHV380可控震源进行了一系列的液压、机械系统的改进,采用三泵箱替代两泵箱、3个P7泵替换2个P8泵并扩容了储能器。解决了AHV380可控震源发动机转速和振动泵转速不匹配的问题,以及在恶劣地表条件和非常规激发参数下施工时,振动泵排量不足的设计缺陷,提升了该型号震源的整体技术性能。
In this paper, some improvements are done to hydraulic and mechanical system of AHV 380 vibrators by changing the two pump box with three pump box and two P8 pumps with three P7 pumps, to increasing the capacity of accumulators by kinds of technical improvement plan and actual field survey. In order to solve the unmatched speed between engine and vibration pumps as well as the insufficient displacement of vibration pump while operating in tough grourd conditions and unconventional sweep parameters, those improvements proved to be effective for im- proving the overall technology performance of AHV 380 vibrators.
